Hello

How do you reset oil life % reading.

hold down reset button till it resets then turn off car and back on

Put the key in the ignition, turn it to the "on" position and "pump" the gas pedal 3 times.

The "pedal pump" procedure is the same for all newer GM vehicles. It's really convenient for do-it yourselfers like us.
