Chrome License Plate Frame

This looks like a Generic Frame you buy at a Auto Parts store. Is it wide enough to fill the gaps where the old black plastic frame filled ?
With the generic sized frames they usually leave a small gap between the outside edge of the frame and the back-up lights thus causing you to see the black plastic background and tab holes from the back-up light assembly.
Send a picture with the Frame on the car.

Doesn't look like it covers the black background and tab holes.. I can see the tab holes in your pics and the black plastic background too.
