Default Blackwing with Halltech Bridge?

I just bought a blackwing filter and a red halltech airbridge from a member in the parts for sale section and was wondering if anyone else had a setup like this? He said that I could just sandwich the MAF between the two components. I've done some searches and heard of some hood fitment issues with the Halltech bridge? Any good fixes that won't require me to hack up the engine compartment?

I hope you don't mind me stealing these pics

Great! This is the first mod on my new car, so I am excited to see the results.
