Windshield Wipers Stuck in Up Position
I haven't used my wipers in forever and when they checked them for inspection the other day they worked fine but stop in the up position. It's not a huge deal because I can just unplug them until next year but it would be nice if it were an easy fix.

Your wiper motor may have gotten wet from the bladder bags being clogged. I had that problem. I took the apart and put it front of a fan for a few days. I haven't had a problem in almost a year now. Hope this helps.
