Auto Dash Prisms, Need Help

When watching Barrett Jackson yesterday the announcer said that the custom car being sold had a prism mounted at the base of the windshield (on the inside). It was to help tall people see the traffic lights without cranking there necks. I have searched on google without success. I am tall and really have trouble when the top is up on my convertible. Help if you can.

Thanks for the note Don. I like the ease of installation, that they are almost invisible from the outside and they are transferable from car to car. I have ordered 2.
