Default VIrginia Speed Cam installed

Just got my car cammed from Virginia Speed! I took advantage of the Cam kit special for $2200. It included all the usual goodies that goes into a cam kit. I let Ed and Shawn spec the cam and it is roughly in the 230's over 600 lift and 113 lsa.(Actual Cam specs kept inside the confines of VA speed). They still have to do the drivability tune before I get it back but I went over there today and got a tour of the shop(lots of grown man candy in there)and heard my Z gurgle and chop!

It was very nice.

Ill post a Vid soon.

Ed did a great job on the tune and I am very happy with the cams torque and power!

On to the results!

Dips are loss in signal so dont worry about it!

2003 Z06

Before: Blackwing - ARH headers & X - Tis.

After: VA speed cam- Blackwing - ARH headers & X -10% underdrive - Corsa indys!

Cam sounds very similar in spec to the ECS cam I have in my 03 coupe. Ed did the final steet tune on my car and I could not be happier. Drivability is the kicker here. Getting a cam to perform on a dyno is one thing, but making it livable on the street is a different ball game in my opinion. Ed is one of the best. Make sure the street tune is to your liking. I know Ed will come through for you. Enjoy your new found power.

46RWHP improvement with a nice torque curve! Great numbers on the "Heartbreaker". That is one stingy dyno. Well done.

My car will be down their next week for the 427.

This Weekend for sure!

Its funny i left my wife in the car when i went into auto zone and she got scared because the car was shaking

Then 2 guys came in and where like man did your hear that car out there.

I find my self looking for excuses to get in it. I dont even mind the power increase it is now a true sports car and feels like it.

Plus my little old lady can still drive it!! Thanks ED!!

To all those out there YOU need a cam kit from VA speed its like getting a new heart from a olympic athlete!!!!!

Thanks Mario.

BTW, there's more in it. Swap the stock air bridge and bellows for a Halltech, it would gain a few. A FAST 92 and LS2 T-body would pick up a nice chunk!! (hint hint LOL)
