Maybe dumb question?
I have a 2004 C5 my throtle body says LS1, but someone told me it should be an LS6 throttle body in this forum,is their any difference between one or the other, and should i change if it?

Only the 2001-2004 Z06's had the LS6 engine. All Other C5 Models had the LS1. I'm a big follower of the "If it ain't broke, Don't Fix it" Policy.
Hope this helps.

As far as I know, the throttle bodies are the same. There shouldn't be any difference between an LS1 and LS6 throttle body.

It will have the LS6 intake on the car since it is a 2004, but not sure what the differences would be for the throttle body.
