Having to jump through hoops here. Took it in to a station and the Inspection could not be done due to two "Not Ready Indicators". Drove the devil out of the car (road trip of about 120 miles in urban and rural areas) per advice from the inspector. Returned and it still had two "Not Ready Indicators". Handed it off to the local dealer's shop and they found the Heated O2 sensor was not warming up when cold and the gas cap was not holding a seal. Replaced both, paid bill and was told to return after driving on a road trip.

Drove out of the DC area last night to Charlestown, West By-God Virginia, down to Winchester and back to the DC area. Stopped at the dealer this morning and after 100 miles it was still showing the same two damn 'NOT READY INDICATORS'. Service Rep advised I should drive it two more days and take it back in for re-inspection.

I have printed out the instructions on the link provided. Will try this and hopefully that will solve the problem. This Emissions thing is getting really annoying.

Yes, in the Nashville Metro Area. I think some of the surrounding counties do as well. I live in Clarksville TN about an hour north and we have no emissions testing.
