I thought I read a few months ago, that Florida had the most registerd Corvette's followed by California than Texas. Now if we get into pickup trucks, Texas hands down.
Thought I'd do a little check on JeffHardy. The following info might be of interest to some. This may substantiate my previous post.
In the U.S. these are the number of new 2010 Vettes setting on dealers lots.
TX......183
CA......170
FL.......73
To take this a little farther there are 1507 new vettes at dealers in the US. 28% of them are in TX, CA, & Fl.
btw, it appears there are only 8 brand new 2010 Vettes setting on dealer lots in NV.
the reason there are only 73 sitting on dealer lots in florida is that they can't keep them in stock for any period of time, lol. they are bought and registered as soon as they come off the truck, lol!!

No doubt. I can't take a **** in someone's window without hitting a Corvette.
You're a weirdo.

That and Texas is just popular for auto enthusiasts also. Plenty of well known tuners down here like LGMotorsports for Corvettes and MVP Motorsports for Supras, the list goes on.
