Default Colored Lug Nutz?

Curious if anyone uses colored lug nuts? Did a search and didn't (easily) see anything about someone running them.

I'm switching to black wheels on a TR C5 Z06 and was wondering what it would look like with Red lug nuts.

If anyone has any pix...please post em!

Thanks.

My hunting dog had them after a hard day of busting the brush while hunting pheasant. All my buddies agreed they didn't look good on him either.

I'm pretty sure red nuts just means overworked...which can't be all bad. Blue ones on the ones I thought we needed to be wary of.

I HEAR YA about them MAYBE looking bad...just wondering if anyone took the plunge so I can take a look without having to do something dumb to try it.

but...

what if they were BLACK lug nuts on black wheels?

thats not too ricey...

fine...I'll buy some hella cheap ones and paint em to see what it'll look like.

Don't think the red lug nuts would look good with black wheels. I'd go with either chrome or black lugs.

How about Mag Red on Chrome!?

I actually got a bit of a hard time from some forum members for this but I like it, so until I get tired of them they will stay.
