Just turn the power off and wait til the weather(day) warms up a bit, turn it on and it will eventually come out on its own.
You'll be stuck with AM/FM for a bit. Happens to me every year at this time.
I never even think about all the quirks these cars have until someone posts about them. I guess you just get used to it (them)--so happy just to be driving a Vette...
