Default Vette Essentials - Excellent service!!

http://www.vetteessentials.com/

I needed to replace the bottom foam on my drivers side seat so I called around looking for the best deal.

VE had it at half the price I found anywhere else, but it was not in stock. I was not in a hurry because I'm not driving the car over the winter.

I tried back weekly for a few weeks but their supplier still had not fulfilled their order. I called last week and got their voicemail. I decided not to leave a message because it was no big deal.

They saw my missed call, recognized my number and called me back even though I didn't leave a message.

This is where I was astonished. VE had an idea... Apparently the passenger seat on the 03-04 models had a unique foam with 2 holes molded into it for use with child seats. VE apparently has a few of these unique foams laying around and offered to send me one for me to try out and see if it works for me. - free of charge.

The box arrived yesterday, not costing me a dime. I installed the foam in my driver seat and it fit perfectly. It looks great!! the leather covers up the holes that would of otherwise been open for a child seat and there is no way by looking at it to notice.

I called VE this morning and paid them for it, at a significant discount over their already low price. I couldn't be happier!! VE knows what great service is. Thanks!

I'm sure that Ken King is looking down from Heaven and smiling....

Sandy and Matt have done his memory proud.

Matt is Sandy and Ken's son. Ken and Sandy King founded VE. Ken died about four years ago very suddenly. Some of the old timers like me had the pleasure to meet or talk to Ken on the phone.

Ken never met a stranger - he was one of the most generous men I ever met, not just with money or product - but with his time.

Honestly - as a supporting vendor on this forum, I aspire to be a great a vendor and as good a man as Ken was......that's what I meant when I said what I said. From all appearances, I'd say Matt is on his way...

My first order with them was from Ken. Subsequently I've talked with both Matt and Sandy. They are simply the best. They have taken such good care of me, it simply boggles my mind. Without a doubt, they are the best vendor I have ever dealt with --- and that's high praise because I have dealt with many very good vendors.

I agree that Matt and Sandy are tops when it comes to customer service. That's why I just ordered a bunch of stuff from them.

I worked closely with Ken when I had all the VE stuff done for my '00 and Matt has continued very well in his father's footsteps.

Vette Essentials is awesome! Great products and great customer service!

I have their steering wheel, shift boot/****, e-brake, center console and arm rests, and they are all top notch.

If they have a sale on seat covers anytime soon, I'm going to get some of those as well. Mine are in need of replacement.
