X pipe

I am thinking of putting an X pipe on my 02, might give it some jump, anyone have any idea what kind of power it make, got the cat back on already, and does it make a difference which brand of X pipe i might install ? any preferences I guess is what I am asking.

It will do away with the motorboat sound at idle and popping sound on decell. I always use the x-pipe made for the catback that I have.
