Does anyone have LED DRL's?
Looking for some LED DRL's where did you get them or how did you do them. I really want the 59.99 ebay black and amber drl's but dont know if theres a way to put a LED in them.

We've sold lots of LEDS for the DRL.
One thing to mention is that adding LEDS will cause your lights to hyperflash (rapid flashing). We have a hyperflash harness available to fix that issue. We don't have any in stock at the moment, but we're building some.
For LEDS we offer several options.
Our most popular is the switchback which is amber during the day (no lights) white when the lights are on, and switches between the two when you use your turn signals.

We also have amber and white versions.

You will also want to change out the side marker portion.

The Switchbacks are $50 per set shipped
All Amber or all white are $25 per set shipped
The hyperflash harness is TBD. We ran a special and it was $40, but we can't offer that price anymore. Too much time involved in making these. We're looking at $50 shipped.
The costs do add up, but it's worth it. Stock bulbs will burn through your DRLS. LEDs do not get hot.

I got some switchbacks from JW... they are awesome, and JW is a great vendor. Really easy to install... but I went in and removed the headlights since I was replacing the lenses as well. I had he issue with the cracked housings and since I was buying new housings I went ahead and did the switchbacks. My only issue is now my DRL are that slightly bluish white so now my headlights look very yellow. I am saving up for some HID's or Projectors right now. I really wish I could get Radioflyer's Stealth Light Cannons... but they are too rich for my bank account right now.

JW will fix you right up, I bought the clear housings with the LED switchbacks and it was a great add on.

So many people try to save a dollar or two by going to ebay. I would strongly encourage you to consider what it is worth to you to get the right part, at a reasonable ptice, from a vendor who stands behind his products 100%. That would be JW.
I did my car alst year throught JW and I couldn't be more pleased with the results or the help JW provided when I ran into a bit of difficulty with my euro-spec tail lights.

I have a new set of corner units and JWM already set me up with the amber DRLs. However, I didn't realize I could get matching LED side markers as well.
Do they match up well? Also, are the LEDs a brighter light or just different than the halogen bulbs? The side markers have a pretty thick reflector over the bulb. How much difference does the LED show vs. the halogen?

The side marker LEDs are white and with the stock amber lens behind the clear DRLs they match identically as you can see from the photo. To me they seem a bit brighter.
JW can get you taken care of.

Installed these a couple of weeks ago. Got them from JW. They look great and not all that difficult to install. Next are the 6000k low beams.

I installed these this past summer. I used the amber LEDs as opposed to the switchbacks. I also installed a flasher bypass harness to fix the hyperflash. I installed new depo clear corners while I was at it. I think total cost was <$200.

LEDs are fantastic. I couldn't believe the damage the stockers did to the housing when I pulled them out. Burnt holes right through!
If I was going to buy LEDs right now I would hook up with JW
