I have MICHELIN Pilot Sport PS2 ZP on my 99 Vert. They have been good to me. I am not sure if they are the quietest run flat tires but I think they are quieter than the OEM tires. I wasn't concerned with road noise when I got the vette. The Michelin tire web site has constomer reviews you can check out on the PS2 and the A/S.
When my OEM's wore out, I got the Firestone Firehawk runflats. I was so pleased w/ them as it was a vast improvement. I have over 25,000 miles on them and I have just started to notice treadwear going down and am looking for replacements again. Mine is a daily driver which is mostly highway miles and i'm considering going to non runflat for a better feel. I love the firehawks, but don't want to spend that much money again.
I don't want OEM GY-F1s again as I have too much negative experience with road noise and a rough ride.
I don't performance drive. I cruise along in life, desiring a nice smooth & quiet ride with the top down, and the tunes up.
I have to ask, cause I drive a vert, how do you cruise with the top down and the tunes up and hear tire noise? I never hear tire noise with my OEM run flats.
I have the Michelin Pilot A/S Plus run-flats, I'm very happy with the ride. I'm not crazy about the way they look, the footprint doesn't look as wide as the OEMs, but I guess that's okay because from what I've read I have myself a great set of tires that should last me awhile.
Your driving habits should help you decide. I opted for the Michelin A/S ZP because I wanted all season capability, run flat protection and reduced noise. Many summer tires will be quieter and stickier, but do not have all season capability. So, IMHO, it comes down to how you will be driving your corvette and what's important to you.

I ran a set of Firestone Firehawk runflats on my '00 - loved the tires. IMO, better handling, ride, less tire noise and better tread life than the OEM Goodyears. I'd buy another set.

How many miles have you driven on them? I would really like to know. Even the GY-F1s ride good and quiet the first 7000-8000 miles. Whatever I buy, I'd like them to be quiet throughout their life, if that is possible.
As I stated in another thread, I decided to go with NON-runflats to save over $1000 and improve the quality of ride for cruising/commuting, which is the only kind of driving I do.
To address the flat tire concern, I will put together a roadside kit consisting of a small 12v air pump, pump extention cord, pliers, flashlight, small screwdriver, and a tire plugging kit. Years ago, I did a roadside repair on a motor home with the tire on the vehicle. It worked out great, so I will do the same with my Vette.

In the five years I've had my Vette, I've had two flats. Both times, I was VERY pleased to be able to drive the car in to get the flat repaired and not get stuck on the road. I love the wide, aggressive stance of the OEM GY run flats, and the noise or ride quality has never been a concern for me. My Corvette is a SPORTS CAR. Not a Buick.
If I want a smooth, quiet ride, I'll drive the wife's CTS. If someone else comes out with a run flat that looks as good as Goodyear's, I'll buy 'em next. But my current set is wearing very nicely.
Agree with above, after two sets of Michelin's I'm thinking about going back to the GY Eagle F1 EMTs.
I'm becoming more and more disappointed in Michelin, this "Plus" set was suppose to be a 45000 mile wear tire, they are showing severe wear by a third of that mileage.
They all get noisy and run hard after they get about half way through their life.
