I saw in a late o9 Hot Rod mag a article about vinyl wrapping a car . They wrapped the entire car in the article and discussed the postives and negatives.......my question is: Are there any C5 owners out there that have tried any of this on their vette???...
.....I had 02 electron blue sold it and now have a 04 m-yellow and I am thinking that some e-blue ghost flames shooting partialy down the hood and side of this m-yellow coupe would be
anyone out there have any experiance with this stuff and or have the skill to photochop something like that?.
The article did say that they can not do candies or metalics.
I was under the impression the vinyl wrapping was the complete body. What you are looking for is vinyl graphics. Not a bad idea, because if you don't like the look, you can remove the flames, where painting would involve a lot more work to prep and also to change back.
I wonder if ghost flames can be done in vinyl?
The article in Hot Rod used a 66 impala I think and they wrapped the entire car for I think around 3500 and it had ghost flames .
I followed the thread sent by csexton thanks and no one addresses just a ghost flame job.. ... guess it's time to get into the google mode or yellow pages.
I was hoping that someone here on the forum would have already seen just a flame job done... I may bump this up for a few days to see what I can find out. ....so don't flame me out please!!!!
