Dirt Cheap Upgrades
Wanted to share the rewards of some diligent shopping on Craigslist. I was looking for very inexpensive ways to make my '99 look sharper.
Found some polished thin spokes off an '01 for $250 and an '04 glass top with the corners repaired for $100.

Come to think of it, so did I! Everything you see in that photo is courtesy of CL. A 99 6 speed with 47,000 for well under $15k.

Got all my stuff on Craigslist also.
Got my 99 Torch Red Coupe off craigslist - Only had 24,000 miles on it - Fully Loaded. I LOVE IT - Thank You Craig !
Found some Excellent CHROME Thin Spokes on CL for $200 for the set - With 4 FREE Tire Pressure Sensors in them.
Got my Cat Back Stainless Exhaust ( only used for 6 months on a Sunday Driver) Found it on CL for $200 used. LOVE the way it sounds
Got a Stainless Steel Billet Exhaust Plate (enhancer) for $20 - These go for about $180 plus shipping new.
I wish I could find some good used Chrome Rotor Hub Covers but am having a difficult time finding them "anywhere" used. I bought some new Red Rotor Hub Covers but don't like them so I can't justify buying another set of covers at new prices.
Wish I could find a Chrome License Plate Frame that actually fits the C5 with no gaps between the back-up lights and the edge of the frame. Not crazy about the louverd frames.
Any Craigslist bargain hunters got any leads for me on the above ? (lol)
