I have a 98 Coupe and the seals for both windows on the top part are leaking, I found 2 part numbers and I was wondering if someone could verify the numbers for me.

I am not the best diy'er any guess on who could install these?

That looks right.
They are very easy to install; take the top off and lay it upside down on something (use a towel or something under it so it doesn't scratch). remove the screws from the ends of the weatherstripping; take the weatherstripping off; replace with new.
The weatherstripping retainer has grooves that the weatherstripping goes into; just take your time and pinch the weatherstripping to seat it in the grooves in the retainers. It should become obvious when you see how the old ones come off.
Thanks
That link also had a removal and install kit, I guess once the weather is nice I could pop the top and bring it inside and do it. Guess should only take what an hour?
You absolutely don't need the removal kit for the pieces you are replacing. A Phillips screwdriver is it. I do use a small ice cream stick to poke the weatherstripping back into the groove but be careful and don't use a sharp edge; the round edge of the ice cream stick works just fine.
When you take the weatherstrip off just pay attention to how it goes in the channels and you won't have any problem at all.
