window tint request

Does anyone have a pic or two they could share showing 35-45% window tint. I just want to see if its worth doing or is much difference than stock windows. Most cars Ive seen are way too dark for me.

Just as reference, I have 50% on my entire windshield, and no one ever notices. I wouldn't waste the money on anything lighter than 33% 33% is awfully tame, and 45% is barely noticeable.

i am not sure what tint i went with but i think i went with the darkest tint that was legal and i am happy with it

I have 35% on the sides and 20% on the rear:

20% rear ,50% sides-
Sides are not as dark as I'd like it,but in Cali they'll ticket you if they can't see into the car through the side windows.
It's real close to being not worth doing,but since I was at the tint shop anyway,I figured wtf.

I agree.....don't bother with less than 35% IF you're doing it for looks. If you're doing it for practical reasons, there's lighter tints that still block out UV rays and help keep things cool. From an appearance standard, 35% looks good, 20% looks GREAT. Limo tint is just too annoying to me when driving at night (and potentially dangerous). I always suggest doing a strip across the top of the windshield, too.

I've got a vert, and I have 3% sides, back and windshield strip, and 50% on the whole windshield. I have no problems at night. It looks awesome, but I do get popped for it every so often.
