Default Roof Leak

Just recently my 2002 coupe has developed a roof leak. The water seems to be coming in at the rear driver side portion of the top. Apparently it flows under the interior plastic covers on the side of the B pillar and soaks the carpet. I think I have found a slight tear in the weatherstripping in this area. Is this possible to repair or does the weatherstrip need to be replaced.

I would get new weather stripping. When I bought my painted top I got water coming in the same area. My "halo" weather stripping was a bit torn, so that was replaced, but didn't totally fix the issue, then I got new weather stripping on my top and the shop that did it adjusted the windows and then the leak stopped.

I don't know. I have heard of it being done and I wanted to leave my top at the shop and have them replace the weather stripping, but they said they wanted the car left so they could adjust the windows. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

The two shorcuts I had in that particular folder, see if they help.

I have the txt file for the adjustment somewhere, so if this doesnt do it shoot me a pm.

Good luck
