Start by cleaning it. You can buy a cleaning disc almost anywhere. It has little brushes sticking out of it. The brushes will wisk away dust from the player lens. 99% of the time, this will fix your problem.

In my recent experiences in trying to find repair shop ( that would warrantee their work for just 30 days) was impossible. I have seven (7) 255685332 Delco and Pioneer Cd changers (4 installed and 3 spares). Please lets us know what u find.

I also installed four ignition box vibration mounts onto the vertical mount plate suds and sandwiched the vibration mount studs onto the Cd changer side brackets . These are 1/2 diameter , 1.0" tall and use 10-32 internal and external threads
