hell of a good deal and that yellow is my favorite color. yeah i think im going to sleep in mine the first time i finally get to see it. owned it for 4 months and have not seen it yet. other then pictures and i still have three months before i finally get home

anything over 40 and 6th is comfortable, IMO. I can leave it in 6th as low as 30 and it still picks up speed, just not real fast.

seems like the car can creep at 1000rmp and not have a problem.

Do you think it puts a strain on the crank in that gear at that low of rpm? Just curious. This is my first GM product and I'm still learning about the LSx engines.

Not sure how the crank feels about it. The way I see it is, if the engine isn't struggling to push the car then I'm not worried about it and dropping a gear isn't required. Play around with the "instant MPG" in different gears and speed. You may be suprised at how well the car pulls around in higher gears.

congrats. Pl get a col. lock bypass if you don't already have that. If your steering wheel locks with the key out and makes a buzz sound when u put the key in, you need a col. lock bypass. Corvettes of Houston has it for $50 IIR. Shorty antenna too.
