Cool stuff! I'm friends with David Childress AKA Mighty Mouse, he had his '98 Formula Turbo on the cover of GM High Tech a few years ago. He has a Trans Am now running 8's. I don't think he has dynoed in a while but the Formula was putting down 995.

You gonna be in the show at the beach in April?

You must remember the 1997-2000 LS1 is not the 2001-2004 LS1. Allthough the HP rating is only 5 apart (345hp/350tq vs. 350hp/375tq) the 2001+ LS1 is a LS6 shortblock w/ 241 heads and a slightly smaller cam. It has the same block, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, TB, MAF, etc. The early LS1 had worse flowing heads, different cam, different exhaust manifold, the standard LS1 intake manifold, smaller MAF w/ MAF ends vs. the integrated 85mm unit etc. etc.

So when someone w/ an 01+ says they made XYZ you cannot compare.
