It would be great if Hollywood came out with a new Ghost Busters movie and used it to replace the ambulance. That would be an ok use for it.

The original Corvette Nomad of 57 years ago was nicer looking than this thing.

True -- as was the original '53 Vette nicer looking than the C5-based faux C-1 on which this "Nomad" is based.
Still, I don't know why we're so critical. The fake Nomad doesn't work for me either, but at least it's a tribute to a really neat part of Corvette history, way better than any number of cheaply chromed, or crossed flags and "Corvette" on every square inch, or garashly painted, or matte-finished monstrosities that often appear to great praise in this Forum.
They made hundreds of thousands of C5's -- this one does not bother me all that much...

I don't like it, but there are plenty of C5's that still look complete like a C5 that look worse.

It would look marginally better if the gap in the B-pillar was filled in.

Ya know it looked BAD and then I got to the pictures of the rear end and it got REALLY BAD. Just remember CRACK KILLS and makes you do odd things to nice cars..........
