Just curious as it wasn't seen in the video past the self test, what voltage is being displayed?
Sounds like a dead battery, seen two of them so far. Generally if it is, you attempt to start a few more times and everything starts dying off and soon no lights and a security system freak out.

Definitely sounds like a bad battery. I can hear the starter selenoid engage and the starter try to crank over the engine, I'd take the battery to a auto parts store and have it 'Load tested' I'll bet it's shot.
Easiest way is to take some jumper cables, get another car to jump-start the Vette....if it fires right up, then it's the battery...just watch out when connecting the cables...the space is really tight around the battery and you don't want to cross the terminals by accident. Cheers, Indy.

That's a battery for sure. Get a voltmeter out and see how many volts are showing across the battery with everything off. Sub 12.0 or so I wouldn't bother trying to start it. If you can get it topped to 12.4 or so they try to start it but have someone monitor the voltmeter to see how low the voltage is going when you try to start. If it goes lower than about 10.4-10.2 then the battery will 99% of the time need replacing.
Allegro, your signature "bug" was driving me nuts until I figured out what it was.
