Default Falkin tires

Has anyone used the Falkin tires? How do they ride, dry and wet traction?

Ziex = cheap, so so dry traction - good longevity/ wet performance -

Falken Azenis more money better traction, predictable break away on stock suspension LS1 powered FRC. Decent wet perfromance -

Only Falken tires i have experience with

I run the Azenis on the rear of my C5 for normal driving and at my power level nothing but slicks work. With that being said they are great in wet weather and respond very nice in the turns

I have run the Falken FK452's for exactly 20,350 miles now in all conditions, even some snow.

They are quiet, long lasting and just great in the rain and even heavy rain.

The fronts have lasted the 20,350 miles and are looking good for at least 5,000 more miles.

After about 10,000 miles, I replaced my rears as when I first got the car I was happy and drove "spiritedly". Plus, as my car is a daily driver, and I even drove in the heavy rain this morning and will drive home in the heavy rain forecast for tonight, I could not let my rears get too worn and compromise my handling/safety.

The good news is that with 10,000 miles on my current rears, I have at least another 5,000 miles if not more with them before I'll need to change them out.

I have thought about going with the Michelin A/S ZP however will probably stick with the FK452's as they do what I need them to do and well, especially in the rain. All the reviews on the tire mentioned that they were good, if not excellent in the rain and had good traction and a great price and after 20,000+ miles on the tires, I'll agree.
