Go with the T10's! I have seen them in person before on a couple cars at Cruise Inn year before last when the came out, they are an awesome looking wheel. I got SP16a's only because the T10's were not out when I got my CCW's.
The 505a is a nice looking wheel, but by far the most common and popular wheel of those who buy CCW.
T10. you will not be disappointed

Here is just another point of view
I live close to Philly but in the suburbs...( a high concentration of C5's ) Ive had my 505's for six years.. I have yet to see another C5 on the road with these on their car...so no matter what wheel you choose, chances are you wont see another...
Now I am sure a few people have these wheels in a ten mile radius... So I guess if your concerned about Posting pictures of 505's here and worry about other people having them...most of the nice cars here have very ice wheels... its not a coincidence that "Everyone has those 505's " they are what many people chose for their look... I can almost guarantee that you wont see another set except maybe at a car show.
I am not pointing you toward the 505's I'M only saying that get the ones that appeal to you the most even though the appeal may only be slightly better in one style over another.. you cant really go wrong with any of these wheels.
Good luck with your final choice and make sure you let us know what that is... here is something to consider.. If you plan to get a set of 14 inch rotors like many of us have.... I would purchase your wheel directly from CCW and mention to Chip or John that you want the 14inch rotor offset... in this way you wont have to use a spacer, or have to grind off that 1/4 necessary for clearance. 14 inch rotors on the rear , 13.25 on the fronts...

I had to grind on my rear rotor a bit to get it to clear my larger 14" rotors.

the single spoke is nice but to me it screams 1980.... as far as cleaning I use a mothers power ball and it polishes the double spoke set up with the same stroke on my 505's.. there is also more bling area on the 505's.... these are just a few reasons why I chose the 505's....
I just took the car off jack stands here.. the suspension was not relaxed yet.. the car is lowered.

Being from the Philly area, tired of this snow yet? I can't wait to drive my car again with my SP550s...love the single spoke

Something else to consider.....
SP500 19x11 = 23.9 lbs
T10 19x11 = 24.1 lbs
505A 19x11 = 24.5 lbs
Not that much of a difference though. But it can all add up in the end.

Considering putting a Kenny Bell Charger on my Snow blower.. problem is I'm not sure I could get the tires to hook up .. I had my car out one day last week between snow storms.. It felt good. love that dense cold air...

Pro
^ but i am also biased.
and as for the upkeep being a "pain in the ****", i guess i shouldn't have gotten a black Z0 either.
but i drive mine prolly 10-11 mos. out of the year. (1999 chevy tracker FTW for the other month.....lol)
seriously, tho, there's no denying that between the paint and the "uncoated" wheels, it seems like i'm cleaning it more than driving it. but i've always thought that anything worth having is worth working for, so IMHO when she's cleaned up and polished, she's the sexiest thing on four wheels. . and as long as you don't let the paint/wheels get too trashed, they really aren't any more work than any of the other two choices.
i am contemplating having the wheels fully show polished and then "clear" powdercoated. it will have the "warmth" of bare aluminum, but have the baked on, scratch-resistant finish.
bottom line is there really is no such thing as a bad looking set of CCdubs.
btw, toque, did i read you had to grind away at your "rotors" to clear the wheels? or did you mean the calipers?
peace,
rich
