wheel spacers question..
has anyone used these with stock c5 z06 wheels just to get a wider stance and make the rear end look completely BADa$$.
or would there be problems with rubbing on the otter fender,,and or tearing up the side of the rear bumper with rocks n such

You could have problems with tire rubbing if your car has been lowered. The biggest problem you will see is running out of stud length. Too large a spacer will not allow the lug nut to be fully threaded onto the stud. Dangerous !! ARP makes high strength studs in 2 lengths which are longer than the stock GM studs. They don't cost much but are a PITA to install.

Studs usually aren't hard to install??? Unless there's something that won't let the stock ones come out the back or the new ones slide in. I know I've changed studs on a bunch of cars and it took all of about 5-7 mins on them. Haven't had a reason to look at the Vettes setup yet though...maybe there's something in the way...
