Just buy the C6 Jake skull decal and then get a plain exhaust plate. Add the decal yourself and you're done. The National Corvette Museum sells the Jake decals.
That is Jake, which is the mascot for Corvette Racing. There are no exhaust plates like that from any vendor that I am aware of as it is trademarked through GM. What most people do is either purchase the decal/sticker set from the National Corvette Museum or BadBoy Vette's. If you want Jake with the C5 logo, then you will need to find someone that can make them for you. Ten get the plate you want and some 3M double side tape and you are all set. There seems to be a little uncertainty about the legality of producing a C5 version of Jake, because the original Jake did not appear until 2005 LeMans race on the C6.
Thanks for all the help guys. Yes, it would be jake that I'm talking about and I guess I'll have to get it custom or something. I'll look into the suggestions you all gave me
