I am having trouble with ignition. I have no power from key in starting position. I have also lost power to light under hood, truck release, andlights to HVAC/Radio, etc. I have checked fuses and relays, but can't find problem. Anyone with suggestions?
Hi There;
I would check the battery cables & see it they are tight.If they are I would pull the battery out & have it load tested at auto zone. They do that for free.

This may sound very elementary, but how old is your battery? If it is pushing 3 or 4 years old it could be done, especially if it has been used under very hot or cold conditions and Nashville can get pretty hot in the summer months.
Would these solutions keep the light under the hood from working, the truck latch from opening,and the lights on the HVAC/Radio from working,etc? Other things still work fine like the power windows and the power seats.
Well, we're trying to suggest the most usual causes of issues first before heading to the more involved areas. There is a ground wire between the battery and the fuse box, down low. In the tech section at the sticky on top for electrical issues, there are some pictures there from Bill Curlee about this ground. So you might want to look at that but check the usual causes first.
