Reverse hard to shift into

Default Reverse gear- hard to shift into
Raced at Sebring this weekend. Emergency brake got something caught in it and tore up rotor. Not being sure what problem was, I had roll back drag car on and off because I was afraid rotor grinding noise was trans or rear end. After I fixed rotor was when I had difficulty shifting to reverse. I do not know if all are related. I ran Saturday and Sunday with no problem except getting into reverse. Tried pumping clutch which may have helped a little-not sure helped.
Clutch worn out?
Clutch needs bleeding? I understand hard to get to to bleed screw.
Linkage?
Any advise would be appreciated.
