Default C5 venom intake

Does anyone have the instructions to install the C5 Venom Intake that Southern car parts had for sale?. I checked their website & it said product not found. This kit came with the honeycom air flow for the MAF, along with the hood seal. Thanks in advance.

You can find it on the manufacturer's website under Intake Installation.

The honeycomb is for the Z06 Delphi MAF sensor to provide smoother airflow and less chance of lean codes.

I finally installed the Halltech yesterday, along with the hood seal & noticed that the center if the hood, between the lights, is popping up. I don't think it's the hood seal. Any ideas ?. I drove in this morning to work & no codes of any kind.

Loosen the hose clamps connecting the unit to the throttle body and then loosen the hose clamp on the filter. Move the unit forward into the filter as far as possible, then tighten the throttle body clamps then the filter clamp.

The bridge needs to be centered over the radiator.

I just installed mine last night and had the same problem. In my case the filter seems to sit a little high and is rubbing on the underside of hood. I have the air duct as far in as possible and tried moving the filter around a little. No luck so far but i'll have to try again.

Same here brother. Should I get the car tuned after the install? I am due for an alingment but wanted to have the car lowered on stock bolts first.
