i take mine to a lazerwash from time to time. nothing besides water comes into contact with the car, i will only do a lazer wash.

Me? NOPE - NEVER take ANY of my cars to a car wash! I either wash 'em myself, or (believe it or not) take a car to the dealer for a complimentary car wash. It helps if they know and like you!

Got stuck in one and had to be towed out....not fun. I wouldnt recommend taking a lowered Vette through one.

wow, you took a lowered vette through one?? A stock height vette doesn't have much clearance on them, a lowered one definitely will not.

When I have time and want it done well, I wash it with the old bucket of water by hand.

In a hurry, I wash it at a spray wash and chamois it dry.

In a BIG hurry, I get a wash with a fill up at the no-touch and let it blow dry.
