Took her to work today, first time out since last October! IT FELT GREAT. At around three o'clock I started getting antsy for the ride home and said screw it and left early. I just had to share with my forum brothers and sisters since my wife doesn't share my passion for automobiles and will just roll her eyes. The car ran flawlessly, in fact better than ever. I think the new interior resulted in more HP!
As an aside, last weekend I replaced my side mount battery terminals with some brass ones that are extended with the accessory connections, then attached the ctek adapter. I cleaned everything real good during the install, and then followed everyone's advice here (THANKS) regarding tightening the terminal bolts. The operation was a success! For quite a while I had been getting a fluctuating voltage readout on my DIC and my radio display would flicker. This had been driving me crazy. Not anymore, the voltage remained a constant 14.2 for most of my drive. I guess they weren't quite tight enough before but I'm thrilled to have the problem resolved. Any chance that the voltage irregularities were causing it to throw the dreaded 1214 code for the last couple of years, or is that wishful thinking?!
Hope the ride was as good as i can think it was. My first ride this year will be soon, today it's 50 and the snow's melting the water's running. Weather man just said snow and rain for fri & sat. That Suck's

Mine is flickering as well and the voltage is not constant, what is this brass thing you speak of and where do I get one?

I'm referring to the side mount battery terminals, you should be able to find them at any automotive store. The replacements that I bought were extended and are threaded to accept accessory connections, and are brass. You may not need to replace yours, just try cleaning and tightening the battery connections (don't over tighten). Here's what my new terminals look like, you can see how accessories can now be attached:
