So took out the vette today. Weather on the Island was picturesk to say the least 65 and sunny. Well every fricken jerk off was also out I must of had dozen mutts all trying to push for a race. I'm not saying this due to forum rules but I really don't screw around on the street, had a bad experience one time and swore the only time I would play around is by myself with no one around. So here is how a wonderful day turns better, on the way home a GT500 with two young guys in it start to pull up on me and pumping the gas you know what I'm saying, the driver yells lets do this I look at him I sort of laugh at him and just let off my gas and my blow off valve pisses off, and I say not today. This jerk off slams on the gas and guess what was behind me not to my knowledge, undercover cop in a Dodge Charger. Well skippy in his stang was pulled over. PRICELESS.

One day I will tell my story of why I do not screw around on the street and how I usually slow down when people start screwing around, lets just say that I did not actually physically cause a accident but if stupid crap wasn't going on all could have been avoided.

I hear ya man. I used to live up on LI. When I had my WS6 people used to try to race me all of the time. Especially on DPA. Not worth it especially when u can lose your car by the cops.

good decision....2nd night i had my c5 , i got a ticket costing me over $650 ....not worth it, same law here in FL, cop knew i was 'racing' but hit me with doing 96 in a 60 ...now i'm afraid to take my sport bike out, as i was used to pulling that stunt every time i rode it...
