I JUST BOUGHT AN 02 Z WITH 88K ON THE CLOCK. IT RUNS NICE AND STRONG WITH NO LEAKS. MODS ARE BULLET CAT BACK AND CAI.
I WANT TO DO A CAM BUT I DONT KNOW IF IT WILL ABUSE THE MOTOR WITH THIS MANY MILES. PLEASE GIVE FEEDBACK

The only things that really go bad on these engines are the Timing chain (maybe spirngs). Point being if you replace cam, timing chain, oil pump, springs, pushrods (like most do with a new cam instal) Theres not alot left to change that could go bad. Its like having a new engine. Unless you are going for over 500RWHP you don't have to worry about the bottom end of engine.
Oh yeah, I would replace the clutch as well.
