Changed Vette Insurance.....WOOT!!!!
Well, I went and pulled the trigger. Got tired of having too many insurance companies to deal with. Hagerty would cover my classic Vette but wanted a war pension for my '04. Grundy would cover my '04 but the '75 would cost more with them.
NCM fixed it all.
I was able to save money on both Vette's, $200.00 worth, and have the same amount of coverage as with the other guys. All with one stop shopping.
Thanks Adam.
Since I got my car painted and modified I need to change my insurance before I start driving my car. I been looking to NCM also, I just have to pull the trigger and do it.

I was very pleased that they were able to do both my cars and save me money. The other's, although geared more toward classic/collector cars, were still more expensive for the same amount of coverage.
Glad you're happy with them. Is there an insurance place out there for people who actually drive our Vettes or is it limited to State Farm and like insurance companies?
I switched to an agreed value policy through NCM and Adam this past November. I have about $50,000 in mods and my Liberty Mutual agent kept telling me I'd lose my butt if I ever totaled my car. I'm paying slightly more, but the added peace-of-mind is well worth it.

Even if you do not save money , if it cost more still a better option for non daily drivers, agreed value vs actual cash value. Big difference at claim time.

I insure all my cars and house through The Hartford/AARP. Good rates and great service.
Two years ago I switched from Hartford to Erie for my vette, the minivan, home, and I saved over a thousand dollars. I even purchased an umbrella policy for extra protection. Was a great deal for me and I still have a local agent, not some phone rep in Japip (wherever that is).
So sounds like NCM is for garage queens/show cars...I drive my car almost every weekend and one day a week to work when the weather is nice. But my current policy is not agreed value, I'd lose my @$$ if I totaled the car.
So who is good for agreed value for an almost daily driver?

Are you limited to miles on any of the cars?
Or can you drive it as you wish? Last thing I want is to have to file a claim and be told I put too many miles on the car. Seen it before.
Just checked it out and it scared me away. The fine print says none of the cars can be a primary driver.....Dang. I drive my Vette everyday.

As long as you don't use it to drive to work once in awhile or to the store for a loaf of bread or milk, this insurance is good. Glad you're happy.
Not true, we have the 9-5 Endorsement if you want to drive to work up to a couple times per week.

I look forward to chatting with you! Great looking car! Is that the ACI rear fascia?

Not at all, we insure cars that are driven up to 6K miles per year. Some of these cars may be driven to work a couple times per week. We are very flexible and would love to chat with you. Please feel free to give me a call at 877.678.7626...

We have several mileage plan, 1K, 3K, 6K options. Like I mentioned about we offer the 9-5 endorsement that allows you to drive your car to work up to a couple times per week. Give me a call, each drivers situation is different, and I will let you know if you fit in the program or not.
Adam,
Thanks for the reply. I actually put on about 11k miles last year. We do a lot of 1-2 day cruises up/down the coast. We have an 8 day cruise planned in the fall that will be over 2,000 miles alone.
I guess living in CA affords us the luxury of driving our cars more often. When there is a cruise/show almost every weekend, we're always out and about.
Thanks! If I ever decide to park the car, I might have to look ya up.
I went to the website to see about getting a rate, but I got pawned off to some other company I never heard of, just because I live in Alaska. Whats the deal with that?
