HELP , Skipping disk changer

HELP , Skipping disk changer
Skipping 12 disk changer in rear, Driving me crazy, even the smallest bump, will cause my disk to skip, I have checked the mounting in all is tight, It sets about 2 inches above the bottom of the cubby hole, bolted to the rear. any ideas how to correct the problem?

You can get the laser adjusted if you find someone who knows what they are doing, but I'm thinking you just gotta stop hittin' the bumps so hard...
