Default Cargo Net

Can someone post a pic of the cargo net in their Z06 or FRC and show me how it's installed? Unless I'm missing something, I don't see the top retaining nuts? Is this thing supposed to go in with both loops on each side under on nut? (Doubled up)?:o

No.

I have the cargo net in my convertible. There should be two retaining wing-nut like retainers on each side.

If it is anything like my coupe, there are four retaining wing like nuts that hold the net in place - two on the top and two on the bottom. The top ones are kind of hard to see or feel, but they should be in place at the under the top rear outer edges of the trunk opening.

I am assuming the FRC/Vert has a similar setup to my coupe, but I am not positive of that.

If your retaining ***** are missing, go to your local ACE Hardware's nuts & bolts section -- look at the various ***** and match the threads. Unfortunately, I don't have the part number, but you'll know it when you see it. (Works like a charm.)

Can't find those upper nuts, guys! Unbelievable. I guess I'll have to lay in my trunk with a flashlight.

I can put a set of freakin' headers on my car but can't install a cargo net!

I had the same issue with my '04 coupe. I had the screw bolt shafts but no nuts. I ordered two from my local dealer. I liked the correct ones as they had the finger insets and they where only about $1.50 ea.
