Boy that would have been weird had we known each other. I'm 87'. Just turned 41. Still pretty cool we attended the same schools though.
You were at EC before it went Fundamental, lucky you.
I have my kids next weekend so it's a no-go for me. I have them every other weekend. I'm yet to do any Vette functions. Only one I know of is the Saturday thing at MSI. I work nights at UPS and get off work between 3-4am so it's tough to get up early enough to get out there. I'm gonna try in a couple weeks though. Maybe get there by 11am or so. You a regular out there on Sats?

Hey, is UPS hiring? My wife was recently laid off when Roadway/Yellow dovetailed operations. She's got 27 years in the teamster's union and trucking but can't catch on with anyone.

Well I go over there today and when I came out....... a brand new Carrerra. Do not know their models but it was pretty sweet. I think our cars are just magnets. They attract gear heads, other sweet cars, and chicks of coarse.....
And as I was getting into my car, I opened my door real carefully as to not touch the new Porsche. Wasn't close as it parked over good, but I still opened all careful like. As I did it, an older gentleman and his wife were walking by. He said "Now that is a true Vette owner" I looked up and smiled as I sat down. He said he had a red 63' in his garage and he is the same way. He smiled and just kept pace with his wife. I guess I passed this Veteran Vette Owners test ; )
