Default SeaFoam "Lite"?

I recently changed the oil. Don't feel like doing it again right now.

I have both Seafoam in liquid and the spray form "Deep Creep" in the garage.

If I wanted to put the liquid form in gas tank and then used the spray via the throttle body while the car is running (at the end spraying enough to stall it, wait 30 min, restart, small smoke show)....will I need to change the oil after doing that? Does this process basically doing the same thing as taking the liquid form via a vacumme line?

Basically at what point do you have to change the oil when using this stuff?

I'd say, "if you are spraying enough to stall the car, then you should change the oil".

JMHO

Just putting it in the gas should not be a problem, but, it will not clean the throttle body or the intake, only the fuel system.

Trade off.

If you spray it in the throttle body and it mostly burns off, why would you need to change the oil? Some might get in the cylinder and mix with the oil, but doesn't gas do that too? I don't think you could spray enough in there to foul the oil. Otherwise would you not be sucking oil into the cylinders?

Now some have used seafoam in the crankcase prior to an oil change. I just dont see where the seafoam and oil are crossing paths through the intake, should just be air in there.

I have been wrong before though...
