Default Parking Brake Adjustment

Can someone inform me how to adjust the parking brake. When it is engaged, it will not stop the vehicle from moving. Thanks in advance for the assistance.

remove rear wheels, remove rear caliper bracket, remove caliper, remove rotor, adjust the star adjuster screw to expand the diameter of the shoes.. in the condition your engagement is, I would say somewhere between 25 and 35 clicks.. you know when you went too far when you can not get the rotor back on. Ive done several of these and found that right around 30 will get you where you need to be.. make sure when you do this that the ebrake lever is completely disengaged. the caliper bracket bolts are a bear to remove, they have red locktite on them which require some heat or a really big pipe..
