I recently added a supercharger to my car and it lowered the front on the passenger side a good bit. Now I cant get the driver side front as low as i want it.

I think the bigger issue you need to look into is why the car sits so uneven from right to left, where you would need to remove the bolt on the drivers side to get the car level?
the only reason i can think of is that the added weight of the supercharger lowered the passenger side. the driver side bolt is bottomed out will not turn anymore

That reason is wrong. You need to take a real hard look at what's going on with your suspension. Perhaps your leaf spring broke or cracked. I don't know.

The blower doesn't add enough weight to offset the car's left-right balance like that... It'd take about 400Lbs to do that.
I don't know much about suspension, but I'm put money on it that yours has a much bigger issue than what you're seeing.
I would take a look at your leaf spring for any cracks and check the rubber bushings that hold your leaf spring and make sure they aren't missing on that side of the car.
If you think about it this way, your car doesn't lean to the left when you're driving alone and the supercharger isn't even remotely close to the weight of an adult human, so the only way your can could be leaning drastically to the right is because of a suspension issue. As others have suggested either there is a problem with the bolt adjustment or possibly a broken leaf spring. When the car was lowered, if the spring wasn't supported properly it can cause a serious scratch which can lead to premature spring failure.
So raise the right side up with that bolt instead if it bothers you.
Right off the showroom floor the L/R heights were not even the same and usually 1/4" off easily....
Hows the rear L/R measurements? Bet those are off as well.
