How do I remove the right pillar cover?

Don't want to break it or the tabs that hold it on.......advice would be helpful.

I'll have to find the one I replaced and look but there's 3 or 4 metal clips that hold it in.

There are 3 right down the middle. Evenly spaced there's no way you can break them as they pull straight out.
