55 here, but feel like a 20 year old when driving the C5.

This is my 9th Vette, with the first one being bought at age 31.

Just because you grow old, it doesn't mean you have to grow up.
Congrats on owning your first, that's quite an accomplishment.

50 here.

Anyone notice that there are no female Vette owners giving up their age in this thread?
Don't let my wife know that I did this but she's a C4 owner and 56 years old.

59 here, and my second vette. Bought my first at 18, a '65 roadster. Got drafted 3 months after I bought it and sold it just before shipping out for a 14 month extended vacation in Southeast Asia. Should have stored it instead, who knew!

66 here and have owned about 20 Vettes. Bought my first one at 16. It was a 53 and I had to shell out the ridiculously high sum of $500 for it. My next one was a 57 Fuely with both tops but that one really jumped up in price and had to give $1,400 for that one. Sold them a long time ago, you know what they say "to soon dumb, to late smart".
