Diablo sport Predator
I 'am about to order my predator tuner but heard some negative things about it () Would you consider it as a healthy upgrade to you car? Has anybody had any issues with it? What gains can I expect from it? How will it work in combination with cold air intake?

You should be happy with it but theres no substitue for a personalized dyno tune. Just got my predator the other day. Install the perf tune, turned off the CAGS and set my fans to come on sooner

It's not nearly as customizable as other solutions, but it's easy to use and you can't really do anything wrong.
I found it limiting after getting into more serious mods (like cam installs, multiple cars, etc) so stepped up to HPTuners.
