Will a 315 tire on a z06 rim fit on the back of a C5?

You might be able to squeeze it in---probably will need a
spacer and probably will stick out beyond the fender. Alot
of guys like that look, I DON'T.

I ran 315's on a 12" rear without sticking out...but I had a custom offset done.

I say go with a proper wheel fit if you're gonna do it.



And a more practical view...

It should fit - I have 305's and I could use more and it would fit too

stock wheels/offset and youll rub on the inner fender well. Get 1/4" spacers or custom off set wheel.

I run 315's on stock Zo6 rear wheels on a lowered car without fit or rubbing problems of any kind. They do not require a spacer. The tires are Kumho V710 race tires. If you are considering a 315, go to the manufacturers web site and get the exact size specs and compare them with the Kumho, if close, they should fit fine. Regardless of what anyone says, there are often substantial differences in actual sizes between different tire manufacturers. A 315 sized Bridgestone can have as much as 1/2" difference in dimension when compared to a Goodyear or Firestone.
