No, he didn't walk away un-injured, he has brain damage for sure... but I think he had it prior to taking the test drive.. With that tape, he should of been held responsible... What gives, you have the evidence in hand, and you let him walk? I bet he was the dealers son or a friend of the dealer... go figure...
