Purchased some awesome clear/Black corner lights with DRL switch back about a month back, they are a beautiful piece of work. Problem is....my skunky factory headlights are the ugly best friend.
So, not I'm in the market for some pop-up style light cannon's, similar to the ones built by corvetteHID. I'm looking for some pics or experience related topics about these style, I'm really not interested in the stationary styles lights, I like the pop-ups. They remind me of my old C4, as well as older Sting-Rays.
I have a Black Z06, so anyone with a similar Vette, feel free to share

I'm sure others will post soon with pics, etc., however I am in the final phase of installing a complete exterior light mod. I started in the back with a set of LED Halos. I added the Adjure reverse lights and rear side markers with LED.
Moving towards the front, I installed new corner housing units with the black/clear trim also with new amber LED DRLs and side markers. I added a set of 4300 temp HID fogs and am I now installing the ACA pop up HID units. The black housing of the ACAs match up perfectly with the black/clear trim corner housing units.
I will post pics when completed. Due to non-mechanical related delays, (i.e. tools, parts, new battery, extra re-wiring, etc.) it's taking me longer than anticipated. However all is good as everything is working fine so far...

I am very interested in seeing your progress, I'm in the business of doing the same. Something about LEDs that just pop and scream quality. My next move will be the rear HALOs after the Headlights are complete, then I'll do side markers and add some HID fogs.

If you can, I suggest installing the head light HIDs, HID fogs and your new corners/LEDs at the same time.
I started in the back and moved forward. I had a 2-week gap between the time I installed my new corners/LEDs and when I went to install the HID fogs and HID ACA headlights. After I removed the stock headlight housings, I could not believe the room I had to reach down into the light bay to make all the connections. In hindsight, the new corners/LEDs would have been a lot easier to install from the top vs. raising the car up and replacing the units from the bottom (which I did). I can see why you would do it this way if you were not going to do any other lighting mods, however if you're doing all three, do them at the same time and work from the top and the project will be a lot easier.

I wondered about that after I did the corners.....there's a possibility of me doing them that way now. thanks for the heads up. What type Fog and bezel you going with?
I offer them with your choice of 55w HID colors (4300, 5000, 6000, 8000K) and with an HID high beam option as well. The Light cannons are unique in that the high and low beams can be aimed independnantly. The tempered glass main lens is easily cleaned and extremely strong compared to plastic lenses.
