A friend of mine just bought a '03 Z06. It has the OEM Magnesium wheels. We have argued about whether or not these were ever offered as an option on the Z06.
Not only did those wheels not come on a Z06, but GM discontinued offering them long before the Z06 even came out. They were only an expensive option on the first few C5 model years. Originally they cost over $2000 when they first came out, then were dropped to an $800 option so they could get rid of remaining stock. If you liked the look, the only other advantage of the magnesium wheels was that they saved a total of 8 pounds over the stock aluminum wheels. They are fragile and difficult to repair. You might be able to sell them for a decent amount of money on the flea bay site to put towards your better replacements. And like everyone else said, they are smaller than the correct size.
